-Release RFQ to suppliers, Evaluation of offered price, Review Cost Breakdown Sheet and negotiation/fixed the price to achieve target.-Release Sourcing Agreement to Local and Oversea Suppliers.-Make progress of the tooling, parts preparation in order to meet in each event.-Issue purchase order to suppliers. -Preparation Yearly Cost reduction Strategy and VA/VE Idea with Engineering teams.-Negotiation Non Design Cost Reduction, Exchange rate Fluctuation, Minimize Raw Material Increase, VA/VE Cost Saving, Import Duty Reduction, Steel Scrap Price Fluctuation. -Preparation Weekly cost reduction Report, One Page Summary and report to Top Management.-Provide the vital reports such as supplier evaluation, Q1 Award Status, pricing analysis, Material market situation and monthly report to top management.-Monitor Delivery (PPM Status) and Quality performance.-Site visit suppliers.
