I have over 20 years experience as a lawyer in private practice and I am admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland, the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.I have been part of the team at Anderssen Lawyers since 2007 and I currently lead their estate and business succession planning practice areas. At the enterprise level, I help my clients identify their objectives and establish appropriate business and governance structures to achieve those goals. I also assist more established businesses restructure to manage risk, meet changing business environments or transition to a new generation of owners.At the individual level I assist clients with their estate planning needs, which can range from simple wills and enduring powers of attorney to dealing with interests in complex corporate and trust structures. My experience and ongoing professional development, coupled with advanced technical skills and keen legal insight, enables me to quickly identify issues and then formulate and document solutions that enable my clients to better to achieve their goals.
