We are builders. My family has been in the construction industry for many, many years. We build hotels, restaurants, custom homes. We have helped with companies that want to build all over the country. In some deals, we act as construction professionals involved in site and franchise selection, in other deals, as contractors, constructing the improvements and buildings for the end users. I work with owners, developers, lenders, franchise reps and government agencies. We focus on value engineering of the structures and finishes. My firm works with "managed expectations" and we try to keep all the stakeholders involved and enthusiastic about the project. We have built and renovated building for developers that need their buildings to satisfy the franchises, like, Ritz Carlton, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Harry & David, Sephora. We like to build things, and we can help you. We help with the development of the property as well. We can work with your team to get the entitlements you need from the government, to build the things you want. Specialties: Project management, streamlining schedules and budgets, Negotiating difficult entitlements, and settling conflicts between stakeholders. Maintaining branding and compliance with franchise specifications and keeping communications open between owners, investors, lenders, franchise reps, and the construction team, so the project can set goals, and then achieve those goals.
