Our Product Operations team runs market validation testing (alphas & beta) programs, informing the product graduation of the feature and influencing the go-to-market strategy for the launch. The team assesses and influences the graduation readiness from alpha to beta to GA. - Led and managed a remote team of 8 Product Operations Managers, 3 Program Managers and a Data Analyst. - Managed an annual portfolio of releases requiring alpha and beta testing with advertisers: ensuring necessary program support was in place, and leading the team to ensure product health metrics were met before graduating to launch.
