Took role as project analysis to identify root-causes using Six-sigma and Lean tools. Facilitate brainstorming session with business experts and formulate solutions. Design and create prototypes as well as pilot them in real locations (Singapore, Rotterdam, Algeciras). Document the project findings and handover to the business. Manage project savings & benefits model.Practiced Lean Six-sigma Green belt tools, project management, continuous improvement, impacting without authority, how to manage a team with members in different countries.

Review new business feasibility study from regional offices. Ensure assumptions are sound, results are satisfied with HQ requirements. Conduct market & competition survey of tug boats, supply boats, emergency and rescue services globally.

Developed business case for new container depot investment from scratch. Conducted export / import volume forecast at country scale to validate future demands. Conducted yard performance optimisation in queuing time reduction, increase storage capacity & truck flow within current constraints.

Implemented USD 3 mill. warehouse & trucking project for Dole Thailand. Setup standard operations procedures, trained warehouse staffs, stationed at warehouse to monitor operations compliance, tracked monthly cost saving for client. Took part in shipping agency contract negotiation on behalf of client to attain desired cost saving.
