Bosspac is an innovative SaaS accounting software for the self-employed in New Zealand. I am responsible for technical planning and execution of the product. Main responsibilities:- Requirement gathering in incredibly complex financial environment to design MVP - UI/UX testing and prototyping by using a customer-centric approach- User process mapping to align legislation, MVP and customer journey- Roadmap development to prioritise the features- Software development (C#, .NET core, angular 6, EF, Azure, Material design, MSSQL)Achievements:- Accounting software was in production with the first customer on board in just 7 months (incredibly short period for the new financial product built from scratch)- Introduced Agile practices within the teamBosspac is a finalist of FinTech innovation challenge 2018, and I presented the solution to more than 300 executives from the banking sector.

The goal of the project was to reuse existing tools to extend the multi-tenant cloud solution and add capabilities for the clients to analyse the IBM TM1 log files.Main responsibilities:- Gather the functional and non-functional requirements- Research the best technical option for project implementation- Implement the solution (C#, .NET, Elastic Search, Kibana, Logstash, Linux, Azure)Achievements:- Solution was presented as the main new feature for QUBEdocs in IBM conference in Los Angeles- Significant cost saving was achieved by by using open source products in conjunction with 3rd party tools

I joined the company during the transformation phase to help to move the software architecture from legacy solution to modern web based solution. Main responsibilities:- Requirement gathering from internal and external stakeholders to scope the features. The solution had to align with incredibly complex and secure financial environments.- Development of the front-end application for customer interaction (single page application, AngularJS, Rest API, C#, .NET, MSSQL)- Working on new and innovative solutions (including IBM Bluemix, Watson Analytics). - I saw an opportunity to move server application to the cloud environment. I analysed the technical aspects and merged multiple platforms into one cloud platform, which was a major success.- Provided remote 3rd level support for the clients all over the worldAchievements:- The front-end of the software was in production in 6 months since I joined the company- The solution is used by some of the largest companies in the world (some of them are listed in Fortune 500) - Came up with innovative solution to move the software to the cloud
