I've been experienced and familiar with business development and customer success for most of my career experiences. Also, demonstrated a history of working in various industries and spent the last 4 years in the SaaS industry, specifically, in AI (conversational AI) with the chatbot as the main core product to help deliver more efficient business processes and seamless solutions for our end-users. Existing experience includes building a Customer Success team as a team lead or acting as an individual contributor.
