My journey started as a Flash Compiler, where I quickly moved into character animation, and over the years, I have honed my skills in creating dynamic visuals that bring stories to life.Currently, I am part of an ad agency in Kolkata, where I’ve had the privilege of working as a crew member for brands like RAJA, Assure, Favo, Penguin, and others. This role has expanded my expertise beyond animation, allowing me to dive deeper into the advertising world. I’ve had the opportunity to directly interact with clients, understanding their needs and empathizing with their goals, which has not only improved my client relations but also enhanced my ability to create targeted, effective campaigns.My interactions with teams, clients, and associates have strengthened my network and provided me with a deeper understanding of the creative process from concept to execution. It was during this time that I had an important realization: for the past 12 years, I’ve been working with a user-centered mindset, understanding and addressing client needs without knowing that this approach aligns closely with the principles of UI/UX design.This revelation sparked my interest in UI/UX, as I recognized the potential to blend my animation expertise with user-centered design principles. I am now transitioning into UI/UX design, bringing with me a wealth of experience in storytelling, client interaction, and creative problem-solving.
