Deputy Manager (Admin Cum Back Office)
Current Working on Business development – quotations, enquiry solving, regular feedback, working on Generating telephonic leads and their conversion. Handling all walking and Telephonic enquiries and working towards the turning up enquiries to order. Providing assistance to all marketing related work to all Marketing dept. Providing assistance in all administrative activities. Receiving & informing, walk in client’s samples and co-ordination with corresponding employees. Responsible for maintenance and up keep of Front Office. Planning and scheduling sample collection and ensuring timely completion Assisting Accounts department in collection of pending Bills & Payment. Prepare work orders, quotations, AMC proposals, letters, e mails and memos, presentation, internal & external. Coordination with all Clients for sampling, new contract and services provided to them on a regular basis. Prepare all Marketing data, Documents, quotation and Proposal to submit. Maintaining up to date documentation on administrative operation procedures and issues, and revise as appropriate. Reviewing the office operating costs and searches for cost cutting/savings. Other duties as assigned by management.
