Working as training supervisor ensuring successful implementation of IPC training and two mHealth outputs – Mobile Kunji and Mobile Academy focusing on improving interpersonal and negotiation skills of Frontline Health Workers (FLW) across the state of Uttar Pradesh

Worked as the Programme Coordinator under the project named " Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Initiative through Community Institutions of the Poor in Uttar Pradesh, India’’ a Bill & Milinda Gates Foundation supported project being implemented in Amethi and Sultanpur. The key responsibilities under this project included:• Planning, implementation and coordination of the gender and sanitation initiative including advocacy of safe drinking water, its conservation, safe sanitation practices, menstrual hygiene management and proper drainage system for toilets using innovative information / techniques through SHGs• Facilitating formation and nurturing of Young Women Self Help Groups• Scaling up of good practices related to WASH issues among young women to other districts of Uttar Pradesh• Liaisoning with various partners including International Centre for Research on Women (ICRW)

Worked as Monitoring and Documentation Coordinator & School WASH Coordinator, in WaterAid funded project titled “Clean Slum Healthy Slum for Better Today and Tomorrow”The key responsibilities included:• Development of curriculum and strategies for school WASH programs• Coordinating with other network partners and relevant government departments for advocacy• Project planning and monitoring including reporting and documentation of the activities pertaining to the ongoing project
