During my tenure at Saud Bahwan Group, a leading automobile dealer in Muscat, I worked in their in-house IT department, managing and leading various systems critical to the dealership’s operations. My responsibilities included overseeing the accounting system, personnel and payroll, inventory, local purchases, real estate, hospital management, credit monitoring, and installment control systems. I developed an end-to-end understanding of the automobile dealership business, including the 3S model (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts), and managed over 120 interfaces linking these verticals to the accounting system.My role required cross-functional team coordination and management, working closely with infrastructure teams, helpdesk, and vendors to deliver quality services across a complex and geographically distributed setup. I led teams from diverse nationalities and regularly met with business leaders to establish business priorities, develop roadmaps for process improvements, and oversee system development and implementation. Additionally, I was a member of the core committee for Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, contributing to the organization's overall operational excellence.
