👋🏾 Hi, I'm Rishi! 🌍 I’m on a mission to build a community of like-minded individuals compelled to chip away at the worsening climate crisis. This will take focus on both a personal and professional level and is the rallying call for our generation.💻 After 10+ years working in product development across different industries and technologies, I'm looking to focus my working energy wholly on the climate crisis. Such a complex and multi-pronged problem statement will take innovation on all fronts. Having an expertise in developing and commercializing complex Saas, electromechanical, and robotics products provides me an opportunity to be the swiss army knife for an organization. I have a proven ability to learn new technologies, clearly define product requirements, and create a roadmap and commercialization strategy. 💪🏾 My core strengths include:✔️ Empathy first leadership: Results are extremely important but creating an organization that is intrinsically motivated to set aggressive goals and exceed expectations goes much further than simply defining OKR's. I've had the opportunity to set the culture, build a team, and drive meaningful results for organizations.✔️ Discovery & Definition: I have successfully executed discovery efforts and defined minimum viable products for medical device and B2B SaaS products. I'm customer obsessed and excel at distilling user needs down to product requirements. What a fun and impactful scavenger hunt!✔️ Technical Chops: I have a rich career history of delivering complex products. Most recently I was the Product Lead at a B2B SaaS company that created a novel teleconferencing product designed specifically for the operating room. This was the perfect intersection of a hardware and software product creating a market. I lead the research and product design efforts for an extremely complex surgical robotics platform targeting 20 different procedures. There's no room for error when you're talking about robots that do life saving surgery! I have also designed and launched 3 Ear Nose & Throat surgical tools that are helping patients live better quality of lives today. Not that I'm counting ... but that's 3 completely unique technologies that I have delivered to market. I'm ready for whatever Climate problem needs my attention!✔️ Stakeholder Management: Whether it's working with the executive team, customers, physicians, or investors, I'm all over it. I have experience with high pressure investor technology demos, hosting world class physicians, and providing product updates to executive teams.
