(Consumer IT/Products)• Working on day-to-day technical complaints and remotely resolving customer complaints as per the given TAT time.• Creating Service bulletins/ Technical troubleshooting data base• Conducting regular training to On field engineering team on troubleshooting steps, new models, and backend repair activities.• Establishing high speed service module to customers on periodic basis, which do create more customer satisfactions on Service supports.• Providing technical/Configuration support on new products and Product launch events to marketing teams.• Providing online/Offline demonstration for professional and educational institute customers.• RTV management with OEM, In warranty parts return to vendor management.• Working and managing the stock/ Inventory, which helps to keep the required units/parts to manage and close the customer complaints as per the designated TAT.• Reporting to management with Various strategic reports, About the service operation and technical support on weekly and Monthly basis.• Working as per the company’s predefined Rules & Regulations.
