o Reconciliation data management for TACC team (Book vs Bank data reconciliation team)o Raw (flat/csv) files monitoring & loading/importing, bulk reconciliation (book vs bank data) and escalation management.o Variance analysis, root cause analysis, exceptions handling, escalations and resolution management.o MIS Reporting, Weekly/Monthly/Annual Analysis, Dashboard development and adhoc reporting.o Design, develop, manage, monitor & administration of scheduled jobs on Frontier (Fiserv) tool for data import/bulk reconciliation.o Defining auto-match criteria, designing and development of Auto-match scheduled jobs.o Data, schedule jobs & reports priority handling, escalations and working with relevant teams on calls, bridge calls and service now tickets with appropriate severity levels.o Project support for all the internal, process level and organizational projects implemented for TACC team.o UAT & SIT support for new applications, version upgrades. o Disaster recover & Business continuity exercise management for TACC data process.o Administration, maintenance (user creation, modification, deletion and passwords) and system support for the applications used by TACC team
