Public Health Insight is a public health organization committed to leading and innovating modern solutions to support evidence-informed public health communication, education, and knowledge translation. Our podcast is ranked in the top 5% of all podcasts, globally, and has featured high profile guests in the field of public health and global health, while building audience in more than 4,000 cities in over 170 countries.Implement the organization's strategic plan and goals, forge relationships with partners and knowledge synthesizers in the field, and improve operations and programs of the organization. Planned and coordinated One Health Connect, an event that brought together three world-leading experts from each domain of One Health to highlight the importance of transdisciplinary approaches to address present and future challenges that threaten human, animal, and environmental health. The event had a total of 162 attendees with diverse professional backgrounds from 40+ countries.Employ knowledge translation and design skills to create audio-visual guides, reports, and multimedia content about health equity, public health, global health, and career development.

Collaborated with Public Health Insight and the Canadian Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases to design an educational flipbook about the Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs).Conceptualized each of the twenty NTDs and designed unique and identifiable logos for a comprehensive and knowledge-rich flipbook.

Single-handedly led the planning and execution of the Centre's annual Heart Failure symposium in both in- person and virtual formats. Liaised with speakers, patient advisors, and donors to deliver educational content for a divers and large audience. Advocated for and implemented sessions on culturally competent cardiac care, indigenous heart health, and EDI considerations in heart research. Successfully transitioned the Centre to an online grant management system to improve accessibility of the funding grants. Implemented an EDI survey to the application form to ensure that grants support diverse groups of recipients. Support the Centre in its Strategic Goals to provide equitable and accessible cardiac care to patients and vulnerable populations and conduct heart research rooted in equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Due to hospital staff shortages, UHN requested research staff to volunteer their time and fill gaps in care at the hospitals. I was redeployed to the Multiple Organ Transplant unit. Assisted nurses, doctors, and clerks in providing care to patients in pre- and post-surgery rooms. Provided companionship and diversion to patients who are socially isolated.Help patients maximize their abilities and enhance their safety by assisting with simple physical modifications to their environment.

Provide comprehensive content, strategy, logistics, and organizational direction to all initiatives at the Women’s Health and Education Network (WHEN). Advocate for and aim to improve the health and educational outcomes of marginalized women through initiatives and programs focusing on topics ranging from women's sexual and reproductive health to financial independence and autonomy.

Utilize digital designing software to design branding, logos, infographics, and distribution material for the Toronto chapter of Girl Up, a UN initiative (later transitioned to WHEN) that empowers and advocates for women & girls.Work alongside the team to carry out events and advocacy research to ensure continuous engagement with Toronto and global communities focused on gender inclusion, equality, and women empowerment.

Designed a social media toolkit for the Canadian Network for Neglected Tropical Diseases (CN-NTD) with the aim of widespread usability for their partners and other similar organizations.Applied artistry and creativity to visually translate and communicate knowledge of public health and global health information.
