-Recruit culture and skill fit CS team members from Asia, LatAm and EU.- Taking part in employee development & work closely with management: ensuring growth plan efficiency, consistent 1on1s, and providing the guidance needed to reach their maximum potential.-Build, strategize and execute company and department-level strategies (OKRs);- Collaborating with Hiring Managers - from the specifics of a position and selection process to people development and efficient onboarding.- Owning team and company-level related OKR initiatives.-DRI for strategic planning and deliverance of CS People Team Health Metrics.-Collect, analyze, draw conclusions and innovate based on People's data;-Optimize current People-related processes and constantly seek efficiency & transparency in them.

- Recruiting culture-fit and IT-focused Customer Success Specialists and Team Leaders all across the globe.- Shaping and improving the selection process by implementing testing platforms and exploring new markets.- Working closely with Managers, Team Leads, Mentors, and CS Specialists to promote our company's principles, advise on workforce management, and ensure a smooth journey for everyone in Hostinger.

-Conduct candidate interviewing and selection processes so all staffing needs are met on time;-Determine candidate selection criteria and build a quality candidate pipeline by sourcing talent through online channels;-Craft and post jobs on various job add platforms, making sure they are attractive and innovative and the platforms we use are effective;-Ensure positive candidate experience for all candidates;-Act as a trusted partner for recruitment, with valued understanding of Hostinger’s business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles;-Continuously improve the quality and value of TA processes.-Conduct stay-in and exit interviews, share insights with stakeholders and initiate improvements.-Supporting DRI for company level OKR initiatives.
