- Responsible for cash flow forecast, control & analysis for Nutricia, Sarihusada, and Nutricia Medical Nutrition.- Responsible for overhead full year forecast, reporting, and analysis for Nutricia, Sarihusada, and Nutricia Medical Nutrition.- Responsible for monthly overhead report blast to respective Department Directors for Nutricia, Sarihusada, and Nutricia Medical Nutrition.- Work closely with Human Resource business partners to perform headcount, outsource, and facility services tracking, monitoring, and analysis.- Responsible for Purchase Order monitoring control, also to take lead in consolidated Open PO monitoring to perform Dango control for Nutricia, Sarihusada, and Nutricia Medical Nutrition.

- Handling financial report for actuals, budget, and estimates- Handling finance projects supported with Hyperion (Oracle) - Managing operational free cash flow estimate and landing

- Responsible for head office and branches' marketing spending verification and preparation. - Responsible for expenses transaction posting into journals through SAP system. - Responsible for all branches expenses monitoring. - Responsible for branches floating money replenishment process. - Responsible for branches' bank reconciliation. - Responsible for inter-company and other sales invoices issuance through SAP system. - Responsible for incoming payment posting through SAP system. - Responsible for Account Receivable monitoring and collection, including month-to-month collection forecast.

- Responsible in making and reporting daily sales report to managements. - Input sales transactions into system (QuickBooks). - Execute refund transaction and provide refund report to be reported to managements. - Input refund transactions into system (QuickBooks). - Manage customer disputes to merchant bank and provide dispute-charge backs report to be reported to managements. - Input charge backs transactions into system (QuickBooks). - Responsible in all activities related to invoice issuance to customers. - Provide Account Receivable and weekly collected Account Receivable (cash inflow) report.
