• Worked on statistics collector which reads the statistics counters of different features from the memory complex of FP and display them through the CLI of RP using Cisco IOS.• Involved in performance fine-tuning of existing alarm system, which was responsible for monitoring the operating condition of the system.• Worked on SNMP Agent using SNMPv1 and SNMPv2.• Coordinated with team members making them aware about the functioning of the statistics collection process and collecting the statistics from their respective features.

• Dynamically involved with the on site / off shore team in India for new enhancements in the existing product, as per client specifications.• Designed and Developed SNMP Manager and the SNMP Agent. All the SITs related information is stored in the Agents MIB.• Developed message classes which SNMP manager is using to get and set the SIT related information from SNMP agent.• Developed accounting proxy server. This proxy server receives accounting related information from UDP client and sends that to accounting server over TCP. If accounting server is down, then proxy server stores incoming packets from UDP client, to a file.
