Worked on DS244 innovative tractor seat start from Concept phase (Morphological box ideas) to new innovative suspension & Seat Top design.3 Also Supported Post production Department for its current running issues for customer complaints like parts tooling variation due to old tools, material change , supplier change , comfort improvement etc. & dealing with PM, IE and supplier.

Project : Ford V710 UM1 ( 2nd and 3rd Row) seat structure & Mechanism1. Complete Owner of 2nd and 3rd Row seat development from award to DVR gate.2.Total variant development : 6 , OB seat, Center seat, Easy entry seats, Triple seat .3.Responsbile for design to different load case and requirement fulfillments like Front impact test, rear impact test, ST11 ,ADR 34 ,LR test, SBA etc.4. Latch and recliner packaging .5.based on different vehicle variant like kombi or shuttle , seat installation and removability check .6. Value addition : while designing EE seat, we saw that gap requirement was less compare to needed for occupant to come out from vehicle . for this we design new kinematic in line similar like easy packaged seats for VW.7.Details change details tracker after each change for Cost analysis and tight control on cost change due to design modifications.8.Part feasibility check at each design gate.9.DFAM responsibility 10.Workes on weld load classification based on GISSMO and plastic strain range .11. Active member in Complete seat interface definition and Ford meetings.12.Different feasibility study for Complete seat like MTM , Bolster support study, backrest design in alignment with complete seat attachment for back covers and hardboard packaging , screw gun feasibility check for triple seat due to space availability , trim feasibility for Cushion wireframe.13. Knowledge of different Ford Terminology like different test ST11, ST25, ST18, Ford gates like TDJ, TPV, TDC,FDJ etc.14. Partly worked on Recliner DFMEA.15. Safety sign off for each gate
