I am P. Daniel Chen, currently serving as the Director and Associate Professor of the Higher Education Program at George Mason University. With a diverse academic background, including a Ph.D. in Higher Education from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University in Taiwan, I offer a unique blend of expertise.My research interests focus on unraveling the intricate influences of the environment on individuals' development and outcomes.
