“India School Leadership Institute” in a non-profit organization runs a 2-year skill development programme for the school principals in 7 cities across India. As a Programme Manager in Mumbai, we had 105 school principals as part of the programme fellowship. My role was to conduct monthly workshops for the school principals, provide ground support on implementation through visits, work as a coach to 33 school principals to hone their school leadership skills, support them to create sustainable structures to improve the teaching-learning practices, use data to find the gaps and create strategy which could lead the programme to reach desired results.

The role involves academic & administrative duties, overall business management skills*In-Service Teacher Capacity Building Workshops-Primary & Secondary Level Teachers-Effective classroom management, inclusive pedagogy, differentiated instruction & universal design of learning(English, Social-Studies & EVS)-Accepting & Supporting Learner Diversity-Continuous classroom observations with feedback for teachers on teaching and non-teaching activities & students * Counselling students from elementary and middle school level with respect to distinguished child needs ( personal, learning & academic, social& behaviour)* Healthy & Friendly School Culture- Activities: Curricular & Co-curricular, inter & intra- Promoting deeper levels of parent and teacher involvement - Implementation of best practices*Editing annual school magazine & newsletter
