• Spearheaded the design and optimization of the braking system for the All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) in alignment with e-BAJA competition guidelines, ensuring superior performance and safety standards.
• As a brakes engineer, the primary objective was to decelerate the vehicle in shortest distance possible by designing Disc Rotor on Solidworks software and performing analysis on Ansys. Used Simulink for regenerative.
• Efficiently managed fabrication and procurement processes for braking system components, emphasizing cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including chassis, vehicle dynamics, and powertrain, to provide technical support and seamless integration of the braking system with other vehicle sectors.
