The team participated in E-Baja student event and required the team to build a ATV.In Detail Responsibilities :-• Spearheaded the design and optimization of the braking system for the All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) in alignment with e-BAJA competition guidelines, ensuring superior performance and safety standards.• As a brakes engineer, the primary objective was to decelerate the vehicle in shortest distance possible by designing Disc Rotor on Solidworks software and performing analysis on Ansys. Used Simulink for regenerative braking.• Efficiently managed fabrication and procurement processes for braking system components, emphasizing cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including chassis, vehicle dynamics, and powertrain, to provide technical support and seamless integration of the braking system with other vehicle sectors.• Took on the responsibility of training and mentoring new team members across all sectors, fostering a skilled and cohesive team, while ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity within the project.

Project - Development of IoT based Solar Dryer for various food products.• Led the research and conceptualization of an innovative IoT-based solar dryer for food products, emphasizing energy-efficient drying techniques and improved food preservation.• Created detailed virtual prototypes using CAD software and simulation tools, validating the solar dryer’s effectiveness before physical prototyping.• Managed product testing phases and analyzed data to ensure the solar dryer’s efficiency in maintaining food quality and safety standards during the simulated drying process.• Contributed to technical documentation and presented project updates to stakeholders, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement and integrating the latest IoT and solar drying advancements into the design.
