This involved creating a tape detection algorithm using Point Cloud Library (PCL) and OpenCV, achieving robust tape detection at a rapid 30 frames per second (fps). Additionally, I developed a tape avoidance algorithm, ensuring precision within 3 cm from the tape.Linear algebra played a pivotal role in predicting the real location of the end effector from transducer displacement, crucial for precise robot control.
