Roles and Responsibilities at ElasticRun - • Establishing a supply chain in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities through the development of warehouse projects to expand business• Planning, analyzing, monitoring, and controlling projects for the development of warehouses in two eastern and five southern Indian states.• Project coordination with the project's various stakeholders, including the internal management, sales, operations, accounts, legal, and compliance departments, as well as the human resources and expansion team.• Standardization of a variety of documents, including project plans, checklists, SOPs, and BOQs, to produce an efficient project flow, encourage productivity, ensure quality, and optimize total costs.• Preparation of WPRs and MPRs along with maintenance of project trackers.• Delivering the project progress to the management by conducting and driving the weekly meetings.
