Completed my graduation in BMS in field of Marketing from Sasmira Institute of commerce and science , Mumbai in the year 2021.I am a recent MBA graduate with a specialization in [Marketing] and 5 months of experience working at a startup. As a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, I am seeking a challenging sales role where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the growth of the organization.As an ambitious and driven individual, I have gained valuable experience in business development, community outreach, and research through my various internships and projects. My key skills include leadership, teamwork, creativity, communication, and selling, which I have developed and demonstrated in various settings.During my time as a Business Development Manager at GrowJunction, I played a vital role in the growth of an ED-TECH start-up. From seeing the organization from scratch, I gave many ideas on how to expand and develop the company. I was responsible for handling a team of 90 members and have been the face of Grow Junction, interacting with clients and stakeholders to ensure the organization's continued success. Through my experience, I have developed key skills in leadership, communication, and creativity, which have helped me in managing teams and finding innovative solutions to problems.My time as a volunteer at Youth On The Move NGO was a short but valuable experience. During this internship, I learned how to approach colleges and police stations for collaboration on a road safety project. I was fortunate enough to meet with a Zone area SI for his guidance and support on this project, which helped me understand the importance of community outreach and collaboration.One of my most significant projects was on the influence of women's images in advertisements on society. Under the guidance of my mentor, Mr. Praveen Bankad, I conducted a survey to understand how women are portrayed in society and the perception of people when they see women in ads. This project was not only intellectually stimulating but also gave me an insight into the power of marketing and advertising.Overall, my experiences in business development, community outreach, and research have given me a diverse skill set that I hope to utilize in future opportunities. I am a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills, and I am committed to making a difference in the world
