Designed and implemented the entire deployment strategy and led a team of 6 engineers to successfully deliver Platform9 Elastic Machine Pool for EKS (EMP) becoming a go-to person for EMP within the company.2. 1. Assumed complete ownership and modernized a core component of the Platform9 Managed Kubernetes (PMK) product from existing implementation in bash scripts to golang. This improved the kubernetes cluster creation time by 50%. Further enhanced this service to allow granular control over individual components needed to create a functional kubernetes cluster - kubelet, etcd, kube-proxy, etc. 2. Investigated, designed and implemented a cluster API (CAPI) solution for Platform9 Managed Kubernetes product orchestrating upgrade of multiple components in a highly distributed system.3. Designed and implemented a profile engine for PMK enabling customers to create a profile from existing cluster and use the same to create new cluster. This involved introducing a new storage backend in the kubernetes apiserver to store large files.4. Won 5+ hackathons, many of which were later incorporated into a product within the company.5. Investigated, designed and implemented a feature flagging framework for the Elastic Machine Pool (EMP) product.

1. Designed, implemented and maintained OpenStack drivers for the big three public clouds as part of OpenStack Omni.2. Designed and implemented VM High Availability in Platform9 Managed OpenStack. Solution leveraged Hashicorp consul for cluster formation and node failure detection.3. Worked on enabling different SDN solutions – VMware NSX and Cisco ACI in the vCenter integration in OpenStack4.
