Responsible for Program Management of certain Strategic Group Level Projects at SKP. This involves working with multiple teams across the SKP Group and delivering the desired project outcomes in a timely manner.Responsible for SKP's operations in the GCC region with Dubai as our regional HQ. SKP has two offices in Dubai (one in DIFC and one in Mainland) from out of which we service our clients. I am responsible for the GCC PnL, Growth, Delivery and Customer Management.I also manage certain strategic corporate client relationships.

Under Corporate Services we provide customised Finance Controlling and Compliance Management Solutions to International companies in setting up in India. The objective is to take complete ownership of compliances at all times thus enabling the clients to focus on their business and grow the business. We also work closely with our clients in spotting regulatory issues in advance and dealing with those issues in a timely and efficient manner. The services are rendered through a single point of contact (SPOC) who plays the outsourced Finance Controller role. Our Quality Management System (QMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) both of which are certified under ISO standards ensure that the clients get a consistent service experience and are assured of confidentiality of their data.This practice operates as SKP Tricor Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, a JV between SKP and Tricor. Tricor is headquartered in Hong Kong and has presence in almost all the leading Asian countries. This ensures that our clients get consistent service across the region through the Tricor entities.
