Application: Identity Services Engine (ISE), SAMPG Unit.Part of reporting & troubleshooting team in Cisco's ISE (AAA authentication policy server) platform. Received ‘CAP award’ for last two consecutive years.http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/ise/1.2/user_guide/ise_mnt.html#wp1524371* Enhanced event-collection module’s (written in java) performance from 600 event inserts/sec to 1500 event inserts/sec using sql-loader utility. Implemented this feature by which when event rate increases, events are written temporarily in files and bulk loaded into Oracle using sql-loader.* Developed REST APIs to expose reporting data out of monitoring server using Apache CXF.Performance tested the apis using JMeter. Identified & resolved bottlenecks and provided best practices to use apis. Worked with customers on integrating the product into their solution.

Application: Supportforums (supportforums.cisco.com)Support-forums is a collaboration platform that has state-of-the-art web 2.0 features like wikis and blogs. The application uses various features of Spring, Struts frameworks with PostgreSQL as backend database.
