1. Delinking of C-class parts (Fasteners) for LATAM region and implementing Fastener Management System. • Implemented Fastener Management System and a 5-level control system to eliminate wrong /shortage /missing /faulty fasteners. • Implemented a part packing protocol to avoid any human error as well as to maintain a packing record.2. To reduce the problem of vehicles not starting at the final stage in frame assembly from 520/month to 20/month. • Reduction in losses at final stage of vehicle inspection in the frame assembly dept and saved ₹1,404,000.3. To reduce the number of Knock Down complaints coming from the Exports Market from 2.34% to 1.10%. • A lab replicating all the different part packing techniques of the export department will be made. • The lab will help upskill workers, improving work techniques and efficiency.4. To develop GI Lab in GURUKUL and also prepare technical manuals on Hydraulic Transmission Systems. • A lab where one could go and learn the theoretical and practical aspects of the 8 pillars of GI. • The lab was inaugurated by the COO & CHRO of Hero MotoCorp, Mr. Mike Clarke.PPI Holder
