• Collaborated with Physicists from NCNR[NIST], PML[NIST] and UMD on building workflows for data from novel INFER method. • Demonstrated the effectiveness of Synthetic Data obtained from Data-driven simulations for training AI based segmentation of Neutron Images using a checkerboard-based class-balancing strategy. Added synthetic scene generation and augmentations for anticipated future experiments. This addressed challenges caused by data scarcity due to prolonged neutron source shutdowns.• Investigated the effects of mixing Physics based and Data-driven simulation on model training.• Implemented validated webforms to standardize generation of complex experimental metadata files and for ai-model-cards. • Containerized and deployed plugins and workflow to the Web Image Processing Pipeline (WIPP) developed at NIST.

Theoretical Test Method for Determining the Hardenability of Steel: Studied empirical mathematical models and implemented a Visual Basic program and predict hardenability of steels, given different parameters such as composition and temperatures.

WEG Automação(Automation):•Optimized the design of circuit breaker parts with the help of Autodesk Moldflow Plastics Insight, resulting in significant saving of material and decrease in process cycle duration and warpage, without compromising mechanical properties.WEG Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento (R&D):•Worked on implementation of welding qualification test at WEG PeD. Also conducted routine metallurgical tests including tensile tests, hardness and Microhardness tests, estimation of coating thickness, etc.

• Used Ceramic Tracer particles to observe and analyze Residence Time Distribution based on particles size, density, and teeter water flow in a Floatex Density Separator. • Experience Collaborating with Plant laborers, scientists and researchers to complete project on time.

• My team implemented a Rubik's cube solver algorithm for a hypothetical robot and developed a Visual Basic-based GUI and generated discrete logical commands for the hypothetical robot. We adapted and implemented algorithms such as speedcubing to obtain a method that saves time and can be applied to solve any configuration of an unsolved cube. Overcame challenges such as reliable initial configuration of cube that can be handled by the algorithm.
