Lead Product Owner for Business and Technical Operations I lead Synamedia's technical and business operations unit by defining clear vision, roadmap, and strategy to provide end to end solution. I played a key role in bringing in a user-based journey by consolidating multiple small applications to our operational application- Synamedia Business Operations Console Leading the feature definition of MT-SaaS monitoring portal from inception.  I am the Lead PO for the SRE Portal to visualize the health and metrics of our multi-Tenant SaaS products namely Iris and Clarissa. Worked from conception to delivery of the Portal. Iris for Addressable Advertising across Broadcast, OTT, and hybrid services. Clarissa is a business analytics and insights solution for any OTT service provider. Engage with customers to create a deep understanding of our customers. Conducted user surveys and market study to understand the operators pain points. Incorporated new features based on the study and feedback.  Leading the feature definition and planning and execution of the new Saas product - Synamedia-Go with Cloud-first approach. This is an open modular platform to enable OTT service operators to launch in days and support rapid scaling and integration with other cloud services.

CEM allows customers to manage UTStarCom equipments. CEM provides the client-server architecture supporting both Graphical User Interface (GUI) and command line interface (CLI) clients with remote browser access to key functions. CEM will support management of the TC1000 Chassis and its existing Wireless 3G 4.0 system components. These components include the PDSN (Packet Data Switching Node), HA (Home Agent), HACN (Home Agent Control Node) and NMC (Network Management card).
