• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide standard and ad-hoc reporting to HR and other internal/external stakeholders within RBS• Develop and implement databases, data mining and collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that will optimize business efficiency and quality.• Support in the delivery of continuous improvement projects by working with SME’s and user testing group in UK.• Work collaboratively with HRBP/BU Head etc. for seeking approvals in terms of sharing confidential data• Delivering complex custom workday reports to stakeholders.• Perform auditing on all data and reports prior to delivery to ensure quality.• Troubleshooting reporting issues and if not able to resolve then connecting with specialists team.• Well versed with HR terminology like, Absence Management/Redundancy/Secondment etc.• High usage of tools (i.e. PeopleSoft, Business Objects,OBIEE, Power BI, Workday)

• Closely work with Regional teams in order to support them with Adhoc and Recurring Reporting and Analysis• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.• Analyze customer centric data and determine needs and get it resolved through automated process• Gain in-depth knowledge of customer details as well as a comprehensive understanding of GMI product groups and promotion strategies• High usage of strategic tools (i.e. SAP BEX, Nielsen Nitro,RSi,Feature Vision,Merch IQ,Business Objects, Trade Planner)• Ensure high quality data through regular quality checks• Present actionable insights for standard projects

• Interact with multiple functions/teams to understand demand forecast drivers.• Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with demand & supply teams to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts• Preparing various dashboards for all regions stakeholders.• Embrace a client service mindset and maximize relationship building opportunities• Ensuring all ad hoc requests are serviced within agreed timeliness with accuracy• Providing analytic observations and business recommendations based on identified trends• Demonstrate a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge acquisition and sharing.• Manage multiple reports and delivery schedule as per the calendar timelines.

• Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.• Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of Sales marketing and distribution• Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.• Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
