-Creating 3D digital models of Residential, equestrian, school, Pavilions, Garages projects using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, MiTek, AutoCAD).-Developing detailed and accurate representations of building elements, systems, and components.-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the digital models accurately represent the design intent and project requirements.-Coordinating and integrate various design disciplines' models to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts in the design early in the process.-Incorporate relevant data such as dimensions, materials, costs, and project schedules into the BIM model.-Maintain and update the BIM model to reflect changes made during the design, construction, and operation phases.-Generating 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations to communicate design ideas and concepts to clients, project teams, and stakeholders.-Producing high-quality graphics and presentations for project proposals and marketing materials.-Generating construction documentation such as drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules directly from the BIM model.-Ensure that construction documents are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with the BIM model.-Performing clash detection analysis to identify and resolve clashes between different building systems or components, ensuring smoother construction and minimizing errors.-Verifying that the BIM model aligns with industry standards, best practices, and project requirements.-Solving technical challenges related to BIM software, data exchange, and interoperability.

AQUATAR: To model and design a theme park as part of the Qetaifan projects in Qatar and to support the UK design team in documentation and design analysis. Key responsibilities included working on Schematic design submission of the Theme park, modelling and adapting client requirements and details into the package. Worked on content creations, modelling, and on the Documentation SD and DD stage.

Internship at a prestigious Architect Mr. V.Vishwannath, Known for winning many competition large-scale transportation project. I was lucky to get a job at his office especially when i got engaged and deeply involved directly under him for Nagpur metro Interchange Station and also a mixed-use development nearby to that station. I also did small scale projects of Interior design and Architectural projects and also full set of working drawings for the bhikaji kama place metro station,new delhi. and also conceptual planning for SJCE college of engineering Mysore, Tender drawings, Working drawings and many project reports after taking part in site visits.
