Working on Pending trade (buy and sell) file from IM and updating the Pending Trades in State Street books via WSO application. Reconciling the position summary between State Street books and Client books (pending trade recon). Checking of Slops, i.e., checking of position discrepancies between WSO and MCH applications. Running fund closing reports within SLA. Clearing of Cash break and Variance in the closing reports. Reaching to the agent bank for valid documents to reconcile and clear the past dues and record the documents for State Street side. Calling the onshore people for validation of payment instruction for performing wire issue activity. We claim any past dues of EUR currency by performing DB claim and CCTX and getting it approved by onshore. Booking and settling Pay out letters in State Street side as per client records. Booking Restructure (Asset Transfer) in State Street Books as per client books. Booking Cashless roll backs in State Street books as per Client books. Checking Closing Balances of State Street side with Client side at the EOD. Doing OMP in Client books during PIK, Borrowing, Facility Increase. Booking Borrowing in the state street books as per client books and issue the cash

Monitoring daily transactional BAU activity on syndicated loans and funding the LIBOR/SOFR drawdowns, paydowns, Breakfundings, Rollovers and Prime loans with effective Date Reviewing and clearing the various exception reports including Fees, Interest, Past-due and Paid loan, by determining the necessary monetary and systems maintenance required for resolution. Collecting Prime interest, LC, Commitment fees and other fees etc on every Monthly and Quarter end Interacting with Onsite team members pertaining to the new deals of syndicated loansMonitoring and performing system input as needed for the proper administration and correctness. Training the new joiners and supporting the team members to clearing their doubts related to BAUs and Cash Breaks. Responding to inquiries within guideline and provided a high level of service in order to maintain a good working relationship with internal and external customers Handling the general emails for Loan Operation and distributed incoming wires, e-mails and request to appropriate business areas.
