Responsible for end to end activity of Recruitment To On-Boarding Activities• Responsible for end to end process involvement with the team, right from sourcing, screening, scheduling conducting interviews ,right till candidate’s joining. • Working with various business leaders, understand business needs in specific technologies and cascade to the team• Taking up daily sync up calls with respective Business Unit leaders, Vendors and Team,• Looking at internal pipeline before searching outside using tools.• Ensuring proper compliance checks for releasing offer like background verification, proper reference checks and adherence to no-hire and no-poach companies.

Responsibilities:• Getting requirements from the Manager.• Understand the requirement according to Technology.• Screening of profile according to the requirement.• Short listing resumes by evaluating the candidates communication skills, presentation and technical skills based on client's requirement• Sending the profile to the client.• Collecting the candidate assessment forms from the technical panel along with Project Manager and HR Manager Feedback.• Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their joining and keep the respective department informed of the same.• Evaluating, Salary Negotiations and Reference Checks.• Maintaining data about the Interview schedules, offered candidates, pending joiners, current open positions and status of the candidates in MS Excel.• Preparing Daily and monthly reports on recruitment

It recruiter• Sourcing Profiles as per the business requirement through Portals,Employee Referals,• Constant interaction with Business Managers to understand the requirement• Handling HR round of interview for Entry Level requirements• Employee orientation/Induction.& responsible for managing the overall employee life-cycle which includes Joining, Tenure, Settlements, Exits etc. • Handling Appraisals in coordination with the manager. • Exit Formalities & process• Regular communication with Employees. • Conducting help desk on payroll, IT returns, reimbursements & other claims. Handling statutory compliances of employees viz PF, ESI, Gratuity etc.• Preparation of Daily reports and Screening database
