2+ years of experience as senior research Associate collaborating with Human Resources Management - Internal Firm services - Background verification.Job Responsibilities : Verifying employment details of prospective candidates, including education, residential address and criminal records, for clients and their organisations– Coordinating with the Human Resource team and Line managers for employment & reference verification– Solving specific client queries pertaining to background verification as and when requested– Communicating with Vendors for the various reports– Investigating case-on-case basis to provide feedback to clients as per the requests– Reaching out to the clients and providing them with the required information– Coordinating with the client for specific requirements through written or verbal communication– Flagging the candidate reports as per the norms of the organisation– Informing the stakeholders in case of a red flag in the verification of a candidate– Maintaining track of cases for future reference of clients– Collecting information and generating reports according to client specifications within the required time frame*Currently Working as a Research Associate | Company check background verification consultant at Pinkerton*I am open to work and Looking for a great opportunity where i am working, growth with this company......
