Upcycle Nepal is a one-stop solution for fabric waste management. Revive is an up-cycling company dedicated to reusing fabric materials to make utility products with the tagline, "Sewing Souls into Fabrics."· Formulating and implementing current and future strategies/Plans by outlining the steps to be taken and the resources required to achieve the organization’s objectives. · Secured funding and managed financial resources to support sustainable business operations, diverting over 500 tons of fabric waste from landfills since 2018. · Designing and developing new upcycled products feasible according to different fabrics. · Conducting Upcycling and entrepreneurship trainings/workshops for students and entrepreneurs. · Networking and building connections with potential partners and collaborators to expand the organization's reach and impact.

· Graded assignments, and provided feedback for BBA and MBA students in their course subjects such as Art of Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Business Research Methodology, Marketing Management, and Consumer Behavior. · Assisted students in their assignments through weekly college meetings and provided extra help through online sessions.· Coordinating with the faculty monthly to plan the course progress and proper learning of the student’s progress. · Classroom management during the coronavirus pandemic of 2020 by attending every class and managing behavior for an attentive classroom, attending meetings with teachers after every class, and providing them feedback on what could be done better for more effective online courses.
