1. Achieving the targeted Business volume (in terms of physical, financial including profitability) for the FY2. Planning monitoring and controlling Income and Expenses of the RWC3. Co-origination with local and divisional Railways officials and other state volumes.4. Controlling and monitoring the service providers for efficient handling of materials originating and terminating at the RWC and ensuring that no demurrage happens at RWC5. All accounting related activities of the terminal.6. Ensuring date operation (Accident Free) at terminal.7. Proper record management of all business related transactions of RWC and ensuring that statutory compliance gets completed with the permissible time.8. To ensure and maximize the business dealings directly with the principals concerned CO and only day-today operation related activities are done through customers channel agent (Viz CFA, stock lists, Distributor, Agents etc.)

1. To develop & implement brand/product strategy & campaigns to build brand equity.2. To implement the Marketing strategy for the Brand and products and implementation through all below the line & above-the-line activities and promotions.3. Developing and managing digital Marketing campaigns. Manage relationships with media partners for sourcing, ideation, evaluation, price negotiation, planning, buying & execution.4.
