• Create and organize schedules, workflows and shift coverage to meet expected business demands.• Supervise a team of thirteen employees to ensure all RFID procedures are executed correctly and all KPI’s are met.• Delivery: Planning, preparation, execution and confirmation.• Recruiting and training employees to enhance knowledge and performance.• Identifying potential leaders within the team and conducting team evaluations with operations manager.• Respecting and reinforcing LP and Health & Safety policies and procedures in the store.• Ensuring that all department and stockroom processes are coordinated in order to guarantee the best response to shop floor requirements.• Work with department managers to guarantee correct management of stock levels and conduct regular official inventories.
