A hardworking professional with excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skill; deftness in of manufacturing operations and also achieving market targets with production planning.Key Deliverables: -• Planning for engine assembly, rear axle, hydraulic lift, transmission, front axle (2wd\4wd), paint shop, machine shop as well as tractors production line assembly.• Planning, control, and monitoring of production according to sales orders/market demands.• Preparing production plan, production report, dispatch report as per daily basis.• Co-ordination with store, SCM, production, quality/incoming quality, ME/process, departments regard production planning.• Inventory management & production capacity calculations.• Ensuring timely product availability for the sales team by meticulous planning and effective coordination with the supply chain and production teams.• Bill of materials (BOM) validation activity. Create system shortage according to daily/weekly/monthly plan.• Ensuring material availability in desired storage locations and material transfer to production blocks.• Coordination with Engineering team, IT Team, etc. for resolution of breakdowns.• Collaborated with production departments to resolve material issues and adjust schedules due to production priorities and/or machine downtimes.• Analysing slow moving inventory to reduce stock levels and improve overall day's supply.• Planned and coordinated shop floor work to meet production and schedule requirements using Oracle and other PMS tools.• Monitoring for all activities till dispatch tractors
