Also supported direct clients into leadership hiring including big names like - Fanatics, Chobani, Reworld• Understanding technical/functional hiring needs and translate that understand into effective and efficient searches.• Manages the onshore team on daily basis and helps them to maintain the SLA and goals.• Work closely with the Senior Recruiter to understand the team strategy and planning to fulfill the client's requirements.• Performs daily review and submittals performance.• Maintaining weekly and monthly report of requirement and submitting of resume to the client and co-ordinate with the onsite team to discuss the plan and strategy.• Actively participated in all team meetings; actively shares ideas and concepts. • Communicated with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and other candidate matters (conference calls, etc...) • Works for clients that deals in Insurance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Banking and Engineering services

Roles and Responsibilities:• Worked for the implementation partners and primary vendors across the technologies for contract/ contract to hire and fulltime time positions on W2/ C2C/ 1099 for all visa types (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H1,TN)• Post jobs to appropriate job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked IN etc.• Full recruiting life cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, phone pre-screening, interview, salary rate negotiations, reference checks, to source passive candidates.• Sourcing and interacting with the candidates to find are they interested for the requirement we are hiring for.• Understanding the requirement on skill basic and sourcing accordingly.• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.• Arranging telephonic/ Video Interview with the implementation partner or Direct Client by coordinating with the candidate.
