Roles and Responsibilities:• Worked for the implementation partners and primary vendors across the technologies for contract/ contract to hire and fulltime time positions on W2/ C2C/ 1099 for all visa types (US Citizen, Green Card, EAD, H1,TN)• Post jobs to appropriate job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked IN etc.• Full recruiting life cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, phone pre-screening, interview, salary rate negotiations, reference checks, to source passive candidates.• Sourcing and interacting with the candidates to find are they interested for the requirement we are hiring for.• Understanding the requirement on skill basic and sourcing accordingly.• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.• Arranging telephonic/ Video Interview with the implementation partner or Direct Client by coordinating with the candidate.
