• Post jobs to appropriate job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Linked IN etc.
• Full recruiting life cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, phone pre-screening, interview, salary rate negotiations, reference checks, to source passive candidates.
• Sourcing and interacting with the candidates to find are they interested for the requirement we are hiring for.
• Understanding the requirement on skill basic and sourcing accordingly.
