My responsibilities include:Leadership and Management: Leading a team of examiners and invigilators to ensure the effective administration of examinations while maintaining high standards of academic integrity.Policy Implementation: Ensuring compliance with established examination policies and procedures to foster a fair and transparent evaluation environment.Data Analysis: Analyzing examination data and outcomes to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and inform strategic improvements in examination practices.Collaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams, including academic and administrative staff, to facilitate smooth examination logistics and resolve any issues that arise during the process.Training and Development: Providing training and support to new examiners and staff, ensuring they are well-versed in examination protocols and technologies.Continuous Improvement: Leveraging feedback and data insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of the examination process, driving initiatives aimed at improving student assessment experiences.

The Chief Minister Youth Internship Scheme happens to be one of the landmark initiatives undertaken by the Madhya Pradesh government to implement rural development programs and governance within the state. Actively contributed towards the successful implementation and analysis of the scheme in the state.We placed 15 interns in each of 313 development blocks to enhance efforts at executing developmental initiatives, while supporting the recruitment and onboarding of 4,695 interns.Worked closely with cross-functional teams to track the effectiveness of the program against governance objectives and identify areas of improvement.Used data analytics on policy outcomes to inform evidence-based decisions on whether future rural development projects should be continued or developed.Played the key role for providing technical support and improving the processes in enhancing efficiency and quality of governance across rural Madhya Pradesh.
