• First level field maintenance for Aircel Maxis live Network. • Working on Nokia Flexi BTS,Nokia FIU,FIFA, Huawei RTN , Siemens MUX. • Remove all type site alarm with live network. • Work on Nokia BSC with Tang and Reflection software. • Remotely support for Technician for site. • E1 provisioning for upcoming new site • Work with sector addition and different types of updating. • Coordinate with all IP vendor for site related issue. • Coordinate with All infra partner for outage issue. • Give OMCR related help to other circle engineer in Night and holiday. • Minimize daily network outage . • Customer problem solving for coverage and capacity related. • Also work with fiber team for resolve transmission issue.

• Project implementation & coordination between the customer & Sub vendor to successfully compliance of Projects on time. • To Install & commission and O&M of Transmission Network of SDH & MUX equipment's in various topologies. • Responsible for getting the Acceptance testing including the various Node & ring tests like Receiver Sensitivity, Stability test, loop back, Protection scheme testing etc. • Field intervention on live Networks at customer's site for TAC support. • Live Network up gradations. • Checking RFI status of sites with customers. • Product Validation for to get New Customers. • Ist Level Tech Support to Vendors and Customers. • Visiting Critical sites which are installed under my observation, commissioning the site, completing the alignment and ON AIR the site • By giving technical support to the team member at site, successfully completed and handed over many sites to the customers. . • Experienced in : Co-ordinate the team & managing the installation, commissioning, configuration & maintenance of a wide range of telecom equipment. • Coordinate with vendor and all project team. • Prepare All documentation relate to project. • Manage daily project tracker ,working in EMF testing with term cell. • Prepare EMF and monthly database report and submit to term call. • liasoning with Term Cell for EMR testing and EMF report submission. • Rollout of 3G sites has been completed within only 3 months. • Rollout of EMF compliance of all 3G sites within 3 months. • Coordinate with NOC team for site Alarm clearance during activity. • Resolve Customer Complaint related to Coverage and Capacity of 2G and 3G technology. • Also suggest to client and customer for RF related after optimization for new sites.• Also work with site KPI , site traffic , Alarm during activity on site.• Also working in Switch for trace of Mobile number and hand set for resolve customer issue. • Also work on OMCR for support project team.
