Currently, I contribute to Sadguru Netra Chikitsalya, a state of the art teritiary eye care Hospital of Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust, where I oversee the meticulous process of reading, reviewing, and preparing research articles for publication, ensuring adherence to the standards of the Indian Journal of Ophthalmology (IJO). This role has sharpened my skills in research accuracy, content quality control, and medical publishing protocols.Previously, I served with CECDR (Center for Empowering Community Development and Research Foundation) in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, conducting comprehensive socio-economic and health expenditure surveys across six villages. My responsibilities included leading focus group discussions, organizing community meetings and workshops, collaborating with local leaders and stakeholders, and detailed field documentation—all pivotal to fostering sustainable community development.My professional journey began during my M.S.W. course, where I organized health camps and spearheaded a mass health and hygiene campaign, "Swasthya & Swachhta," across villages in Satna district, Madhya Pradesh. These initiatives provided free medical check-ups, medicines, and public health education, reinforcing my commitment to community well-being and advocacy.Driven by a passion for health and community services, I am skilled in project implementation, strategic communication, and stakeholder engagement.
