• Drive Test Data analyzing then Optimizing parameters like C/I, C/A, Coverage, Call Handover, Call Drop & Rx Quality, SQI and Network Performance analyze.• Optimization Frequency re-tuning, 2G drive data analysis, Co Channel & Adj Channel Interference Identification, Neighbor analysis.• Drive Test- Data collection of Radio parameters, analysis of Frequency Planning (Interference related issues) and suggest changes accordingly to improve the network performance & quality • Analyze and prepare reports for all types of drive tests (routine, bench mark, issue based, scanning, re-homing, re-parenting and GPRS), by using TEMS investigation versions.• Analysis of drive test data to determine network issues like poor coverage areas• Interference, call drops, handover problems and missing neighbor definitions.• Data Analysis of Network Performance statistics (KPI) e.g. Handover Statistics, Drop Statistics, Neighboring list Optimization, their reasons and take necessary action.• Analysis of cells having SDCCH congestion, high handover failure ratio, high TCH drop call rate.

• Collection of logs for Data and voice drive using for Coverage, Quality, Neighbors, and Handovers.• Drive test of New Sites including audit and verification of hardware, antenna type, Antenna height, orientation according to the planning database • Analyzing weak coverage areas and removing the Swap or other problems if any.• Drive test for frequency scanning in GSM 900 and 1800.• Analyzing and report generation of drive test files For PRE SWAP and POST SWAP• Handling the Drive test kit successfully & easily. • Strong knowledge on DT kit connection and related solution with different driver installation.• RF site survey to find the best suitable candidate site on the basis of data given.
