I have been the chief Electrical Designer of the #ECOGRIND machines of WIDMA, in these years, • I was instrumental for building up many new features on the machine, from the HMI Visualizations• To on machine Smart sensing• From new products (VX5, SX5, Crystal, VX5+, SX5 Micro)• To Robot Automation/and compact Automation feature on the machines.It was this time when Production scale up was required as we were going global.I could study the production lead times and map the same to reduce a machine wiring and switch on time from 14 days to 2.5 days a significant reduction in time which enabled us to reduce the machine lead time to customers.It was this time when we started machine stock building, I was able to make use of my project management skills to foresee the issues and also make mitigation plans. At the same time reduce the cost of electricals in the machine.My love for standardization helped and i was able to standardize on a lot of things which were manual and people dependent, like...• Document handling• Electrical Circuit diagrams options for quickly adapt the design changes.

Got Transferred to the Electrical designs team at Head office after executing all the Projects planned at Haridwar region successfully. In these 2 years I executed • Customer service for Vertical Turning Lath machines • Development of Probing cycles for VU Machines (Universal Vertical Milling/Turning).• Development of many SOP's for VTL's & VU Machines • Successfully commissioned a New CNC system NUM Flexium & Flexium + from NUM AG in the Tool & Cutter Grinders of WIDMA from scratch.• Introduced new line of machines called ECOGRIND VX5 with NUM Flexium system & 5 position Automatic Wheel changer.These 2 years gave me a lot of opportunity to showcase my technical skills and agility to adapt.
