ACME Group currently has around 200 MW of operational Solar Plants and around 800 MW of capacity under construction. Presently working as DGM – Project Finance, reporting to the CFO of the company. Managing Following Activitieso Project appraisal/ Investment Appraisal, Financial Modeling (Complex), and Business Planning for all investment projects of the company. o Preparation of the Investor Presentation/ Investment committee report for the investment approval of the appraised project. o Preparation of Information/Placement Memorandum and Successful Loan funding of US$ 100 million for the North Country Mall Project o Successfully conducted the Due Diligence exercise and Negotiation and Closure of Various Legal Documents like Loan Facility Agreement, Escrow Agreement, Security Trustee Agreement, Pledge Agreement etc. for loan size of Rs. 400 crore for the Project.o Business Valuation and Assessment of the Projecto Credit Rating of the Project o Successfully obtained the facilities of Letter of credit and Bank Guarantee from the Bank.o Ensuring Various Compliance of Pre and Post Loan disbursements covenants. o Key Contact Person for the all the Financial Institutions.o Long Range Business plan preparation, financial modeling and valuation exercise for the strategic business plan of the company of setting up a pan India presence with 30 commercial malls with an investment to the tune of US$ 5 billion. o Budgeting/ Capital Budgeting - Preparation, review and analysis of the budgets for various SPV’s of the venture.o Business planning for Buyout/ Sellout of stake. o Cash Flow - Preparation, review and analysis of the cash flow for various SPV’s of the venture.o MIS/ Financial Reporting - Preparation, review and variance analysis of the Monthly MIS of the all SPV’s of the venture in various formats as described by the sponsors of the SPV’s.o Working capital management/ Treasury Management - Managing the treasury function for all the oSPVs of the venture which involves deployment of surplus cash available.Working knowledge of JD Edwards ERP system (Oracle based) for generation of various reports.
