- Planned and implemented projects named- 'Scaling up Essential Community Health Services and Awareness Activities to Prevent Avoidable Disability' and ‘Prevention of Disability and Rehabilitation of Children with Disability’ in Rasuwa district of Nepal;- Spearheaded a team and collaborated with communities to implement a community-based health insurance initiative aimed at strengthening health system and garnering community action;- Applied preventive and public health techniques to reduce and control the incidence of birth with disabilities;- Supported researchers to design and conduct various evaluation studies to evaluate the program’s effectiveness, output, impact, challenges, sustainability, and replicability;- Generated support and financial resources in millions (local currency) from Local Village Development Committee, District Development Committee, District Health Office and other organisations;- Assured the sustainability of the program with community involvement, local resource mobilisation and financial participation and successfully allocated government fund every year for disability control sector.
