Being part of an early stage start up in the e-commerce industry was a great opportunity specially when e-commerce was a very new channel for retail in India. Joined Myntra at a very early stage in 2010-2011 and has been part of the journey throughout for 8 long years. Has been the part of the early stage core team which conceptualised the fashion e-commerce and built it from scratch to become not only the pioneering e-commerce company but also the leading Fashion Company in India as well. Have been instrumental in transforming the way traditional Brands looked at e-commerce as a channel and built e-commerce as the largest business channel for many brands in the country. Strength lies in building businesses/ideas from scratch and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders/partners to execute the same at the speed of modern businesses. Having the ability to build a team that not only performs but is also deeply involved in the core philosophy of the business and delivers ,outperforms every single time.Currently working on a new concept under the umbrella of Curefit. The main role is to build India’s first Super Brand in Sportswear and a retail platform for all Health & Fitness related commerce categories. The role involves building the brand starting from consumer research to product development to retail on the platform. This role also involves in building the retail platform with backend warehousing, retail fulfilment and great consumer experience through the products and services.
