With a 23-year passion for EdTech and Open Learning, I have a unique blend of experience in entrepreneurship, academic work, and the implementation of large scale governmental projects. As a serial entrepreneur with 6 attempts and 2 exits, my journey began with founding a company for educational video content production, which I successfully exited after 15 years.In my pursuit of revolutionizing education, I have contributed to the launch of an online school for K12 math and the development of the non-profit Open Lectorium Project. Serving as Head of Digital Transformation of Education at MIPT, I played a pivotal role in creating and maintaining the National Open Education Platform, which currently features 1000+ online courses from 24 universities and over 2.2 million listeners.In 2018, I initiated a national project that refined governmental regulations in education in the area of re-crediting learning outcomes for online courses and organized a pilot to re-credit online courses at 20+ institutions of higher education.My achievements also include launching the first Specialization on Coursera for Machine Learning and Data Science, which gained immense popularity among non-English-language programs, and introducing the first-ever online master's degree from a Tier-1 University in Russia at MIPT. Under my leadership, my company ELDF became a top 3 MOOC provider in Russia as a content partner of Coursera, with over a million students enrolled in our courses.Simultaneously, I have focused on implementing AI-powered content creation and recommendation models for personalized learning. My expertise encompasses managing large scale learning platforms, producing high-quality learning content, and personalizing content creation and delivery using AI combined with psychological, neurophysiological, and culture-binded models.Finally, in 2022, I founded CourseFactory, a company that combines human talent and AI to create high-quality learning content, ensuring the best personalized experience for learners. I am dedicated to transforming education and empowering millions of learners worldwide.P.S. I also believe that Web3 technologies are a missing piece in the future of education. These technologies have the potential to change the relationships between participants in the learning process and elevate them to a new level, giving rise to innovative formats of interaction. Currently, I am conducting pilot experiments on this topic and eagerly await the technology's readiness for mass adoption.
